Returns Policy

If you find any of the goods sent to you to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund - and will cover the cost of returning the faulty goods.

If you wish to return any goods for any other reason, they must be returned within 30 days. We will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods, providing the items are unused, unopened and in a saleable condition. We will not be able to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.

The follwing items are non-refundable, Patterns, cut ribbons, bias, elastic and any other cut trimmings.
