When Can We Reopen

All being well we will be able to reopen both shops on the 15th June!

The shopping experience will be different though. We have to make the shops Covid Secure and it won't be as simple as just popping in for a browse. Obviously the biggest change is that for the time being there will be no Stitch Away or one to one lessons in the shop. We are working on holding these virtually so watch this space!

Some of the checklist guidelines include:

• Introduce telephone, email and internet ordering to limit public access to the premises.

• Provide a delivery service to the public to limit access to the premises.

• If a click and collect service is offered, provide a designated collection time.

We are putting our stock onto our website www.fudgeswool.co.uk. Not all of it is there yet but we are working on it.

We encourage you to have a browse and order through the website if possible.

Call us on(Cullompton) 01884 798180 or (Dorchester) 01305 457790.

We are offering free local delivery but please remember some stock may only be available in Cullompton or only in Dorchester. In this case you will be asked to pay postage. We can't get the website to only show you stock from one shop or the other.

In some circumstances it may be that you are ordering items from Dorchester that you know we stock there but are only being offered Cullompton delivery. In these cases click on the Dorchester postage rate and if we are able to deliver it from Dorchester then we will refund the postage.

When we are able to open, we will be offering click and collect as well. Again, some items may have to be posted.

If you are waiting for the shops to open before buying as you fancy a browse can we please remind you that although we have been given a date for opening this is still subject to change.

Also we will be having to shorten our opening hours and possibly change days we are open to still be able to manage home life (not all our children will be back at school), so we encourage you to shop using the methods mentioned above.

Now, it is not that we don't want to see you, we miss you, but....... we also want to help keep you safe and our famillies.

We will be introducing social distancing measures in the shops and updates will follow once a bit of moving about has finished!
