Fudge’s Seasonal Square Along - Information Post

Firstly, it is not a race! This is our way of sharing new stitches and techniques and with all thins they can take time and practice.

Secondly, what you do with these squares is up to you. There will be 24 in total and you can make as many as you like. Further information on this below with all the key information.

• Patterns released on 28^th of every month from Sept 2026 to Aug 2027 
• 2 squares a month will be released.                                                             
• One square will be the subject of the stitch of the month

• One square will be based on a technique workshop that will be run before the pattern release

• You don’t have to do the workshops to take part as they are run to help learn new techniques, we just thought it would be fun to link them!

• All squares knitted in DK yarn

• All squares measure approximately 15cm/6inches but tensions may vary and if all your squares come out the same size then that is fine.

• A Paid for PDF will be available on the website and you will receive an updated version with all the new patterns each month via email and download link. This will be £6 and works out at 25p per square!

• Colour and yarn choice is up to you - feel free to mix up fibres, be led by the colour and feel not that they all have to be the same brand or fibre content. I am definitely going to be mixing cotton, wool, acrylic & blends!

• There is a seasonal theme to the squares

• The squares can be combined to make a blanket, a cushion, used as individual face or dish  cloths, garments - the choice is yours!
